Candidate shortlist and 1st round interviews
Initial screening of applicants will occur either through initial interviews or in a group environment to ensure we shortlist the best possible candidates for you.
We will provide you with a shortlist of initial candidates and organise/ book your first round interviewed for you. A full brief will be provided on all shortlisted candidates to ensure you are prepared for every interview.

Team Interview
We will organise a consultation with you to discuss each candidate in depth to ensure you progress the candidates that best fit your needs.
A final interview to be arranged with team members the candidates will be working with to ensure a cultural fit.
